How do I order a Gift Basket?

You can order online at www.egiftbasketsplus.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or e-mail us at sales.com.

What credit cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you prefer we also use PayPal.

How do you ship the Gift Baskets?

Currently we use Fed Ex. and UPS. 

Do you ship internationally or to Canada?

At this time we do not ship internationally or to Canada. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO Boxes. We only ship within the continental United States.

If I place an order, how will my baskets be shipped?

Most deliveries arrive within 2-7 business days shipped via Federal Express. You can place an order 24/7 but orders that are placed by 11:00am central time will be shipped the same day.

What are your hours of operation?

We are available to take your orders 24/7 via our website. The shipping and processing hours of operation are Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Can I specify a gift card message?

Yes, during the checkout process, you will be prompted to write your gift message in an area called “A Gift From”.

Will I know shipping charges before I place an order?

Shipping rates vary by gift basket. You will be given the cost of all gift baskets while you are shopping on our website and at check out.
